★TERMS OF SERVICE★
[By commissioning me you agree to the following, regardless if you've read it or not. Failure to abide by these will result on you being put on my private blacklist.]
I hold the right to deny any comm for any reason. If you keep pressing me to take your comm, you will be blocked.-You may not make edits to commissioned art without my permission [not including filters, stickers, updating the design of character, etc.]. You may also ask me to make/fix any edits (for free) for the first 2 weeks after receiving the art. After 2 weeks I delete the file to free up space.
-You can not use my art as merch/make a profit off of it, i.e, puting it on products to sell. ANd obviously if you care about artists, don't use my art to make AI "art". Custom designs can only be sold for the price you paid me to make them + whatever art you paid for, or lower, or free. Excluding character trades, if the other character(s) have higher or lower vaule its fine.

I don't do refunds, unless something comes up on my end. If I'm unable to finish commissioned art, you will be fully refunded + i may try to make a lil doodle to make up for it :] I try to avoid this, so at most the time of finishing the peice will just be delayed.-I don't work with NSFW ref sheets/art. I don't care if it's apart of the "lore" of the character, just don't send it/dont commission me [I've had someone use that as an excuse 💀]

Payment is sent before completion. I don't feel like being scammed but I'm sure you don't want to either, so feel free to ask for updates!! I do try to at least get a sketch done right after being paid, unless I'm about to go to sleep/have other clients or somethn!-
